Windows / Apache / PHP
I am trying to install php module on my Win2K apache web server.
I am running Apache 2.0.4 and have downloaded the binary for php 4.2.3. My documentation says to add the following to the httpd file LoadModule php4_module c:/PHP/experimental/apache2filter.dll However the dir experimental and the file apache2filter.dll both don't exist. I have tried changing the line to c:/php/sapi/apache2.dll but still the service fails. Any ideas? |

RE: Windows / Apache / PHP
I never did get PHP running as a module with apache 2.x and went back to last version of apache 1.x and it was almost a no brainer. I don't think that php is totally stable on the lastest apache yet, are you trying to run it as a module or compile it into the apache binary?

RE: Windows / Apache / PHP
AFAIK there are a quite a few complaints on this issue. Please download the latest snapshot of PHP and use the php4apache2.dll from that. That seems to solve the problem in most cases.

RE: Windows / Apache / PHP
I downloaded MySql, PHP, and Apache 2.3. Encountered problems with loading the OHO Module for apache. The solution that worked for me was to add a path to where PHP was installed ( inmy case D
