form mail php help

I'm posting from italy and sorry for my English !!
Maybe somebody can help me ??
I have to create a form mail or modifie the form mail that I've got to a form mail where the email from sender goes to me ( webmaster ) and to a Receiver and the Receiver can not see the sender e mail address. Then when the Receiver reply the sender will not see the Receiver email address and I will receive the reply as well...
I need for a hotel booking website.
