how can i email data from a php form?

Hi everyone... i'm building a website with and want to have a form visitors can submit to me... i've read a few tutorials about using an html form that sends the data to a php page... my question is how can i get the data from the form sent/stored to/for me without using my sql? is there an easy way to email it to myself? it is a pretty simple form with about 6 fields... any help or links would be greatly appreciated? thanks!

Have you checked the mail() function out?
