Accessing my server from outside my network
I've finaly got my new webserver (an 3 year old Dell w/ RedHat 9 running) up and running. I have been working on it for a while and I realized that nobody outside of my network can view anything on it. Is there something I need to set on the server? or with my router (Linksys)? to alow outside people to view content from my server?

RE: Accessing my server from outside my network
you need to go into the Router Admin panel and allow incoming connections on port 80 (and 443 if you have ssl) and route the port 80 requests to the IP of your server. I assume you have a domain name pointing to the IP of the router, so you just need to tell the router to send those requests to the server. You should be able to find the info you need on the Linksys website.
