conime.exe

I have process 'conime.exe' running on my WinXP. By checking on Google, it says: 'This backdoor application can allow attackers to access your computer, stealing passwords and personal data. It is a registered security risk and should be removed immediately.'

I don't know which software brought this process. I terminated it through the task manager, but sometimes it comes back automatically. Could someone tell me how to complete kill it.

First of all, kill the process. Then go to Start->Run->msconfig->Startup, and tell it not to start conime.exe at when the system boots. Then find the actual conime.exe file and remove it. Then run a virus scan, a Spybot scan and an Ad-Aware scan to be almost sure there aren't other spy or backdoor programs.
