Directory Structure

I'm moved to a new host and they have directories httpdocs and httpsdocs.

When my user logs in they are always on a secure page - unless they logout...
If a logged in user gets to a non-secure page they are redirected to a secure page....

So now I have to copy my entire directory (including images) into the httpsdoc directory.... so that the files can access the inclusions and images etc..


Is there anyother way to handle this?

If I understand correctly that is the best way. If you draw images from a none secure location they will get a warning message each time telling them that parts are unsecure. This does not give the visitor a warm fuzzy feeling.

I see your point. I do think it's more secure this way as well. My members page doesn't exist in the httpdocs directory so it's much more secure...
