Help me Here!!!

Currently i have installed the Xampp package which contain apache 2,php 5, and mysql 5 into my computer which dont have any internet connection.I'm using localhost.My web builder is Dreamweaver 8.
The problem is I cannot run or open my mysql.exe..therefore i cannot create database using mysql.should i have a mysql driver or something?I thought the package suppose to include everything,and all i have to do is just install it and use it.anyone can help?urgent..
