IIS Config
I have an IIS server set up on my computer at work for testing web services that I'm developing. Everything works fine when I surf to http://localhost/etc... but when i try to surf to my acctual IP I get a 500 Server Error. Is there something I need to configure on IIS to get it externaly viewable? I have very limited experience w/ servers and most of that is with Apache so all this IIS stuff is pretty new to me.

RE: IIS Config
A couple of things I can think of.
1) Is there a firewall that might block you? 2) Are you behind NAT? 3) Does your ISP block certain ports? |
