Have you gone into the IIS Manager and checked to make sure that the service is running?

RE: IIS not working

Try accessing your PC via http://localhost or http://127.0.0.1 ...maybe you don't really have it set up as http://hi

RE: IIS not working

Well, if it is working via localhost and 127.0.0.1, then it isn't a iis problem. make sure in your hosts file that you have a 127.0.0.1 pointing to hi
