Need php help

I need someone to work on a website. I will pay you for your time. I have several small problems and a major one.

The webpage is in php - you can add or delete items for sale from the admin page. I have never had any problems with it before but I recently added and deleted some items. The problem seems to arise when I delete items from the admin page.

I will get this error message on all the webpages:

Warning: mysql_pconnect() [function.mysql-pconnect]: User success_DNPage has already more than 'max_user_connections' active connections in /home/success/public_html/draft/Connections/domains.php on line 10

There is a link in the error message and when you click on it says: 404

If you wait a few minutes the website works again but only for awhile then you get the error message again.

sounds like your host is AFU. If the code works sometimes but not others then it's not the code it's the host.

This sounds like a Mysql limitation imposed on your account by your host. Basically that error is saying that you have gone over your maximum connections to the database server in an alloted time.

This is probably not a problem with the code (optimization may help), but my suggestion is contact your hosting provider to increase your max_connections limit. Is this a big site? If it is not then any reasonable host should have Max_Connections set at a limit way beyond what most sites would use.
