Network monitor
I'm looking for a network monitor (maybe traffic analyzator is better description).

Something like Iris for Windows. It should be able to capture tcp/ip packets and decode them.

Can you recommend me any program?

For unix you could use tcpdump, but I like http://www.ethereal.com
