Php and apache
I got an error massage i just installed Oracle Server apache.

[Thu Jan 22 23:00:49 2004] [warn] Loaded DSO F:/oracle9i/Apache/Apache/htdocs/php/php4apache.dll uses plain Apache 1.3 API, this module might crash under EAPI! (please recompile it with -DEAPI)

----> php is working fine but i got that error message and my error.log is growing rapidly. to avoir to reach like 90gb of log i had to disabled the warning.

I would take its advice and recompile. Wont take you long, and it might save you from a costly crash.

nawlej thanks for the advice, but i forgot to say i was on Windows and you ask me to recompile, but how could i recompile apache on my windows.

Just a bit......Happens when you work around Linux on your days off, Sun Solaris when you work, and help with AIX support for people who have no clue how to support it.
