problem with the setup
Hi, I have apache running on my Windows PC. I connect to the internet through a SMC router. I couldn't open any pages by typing http://mysite.com/phpinfo.php. I was thinking it is because of the router firewall, but I checked the router setting and saw the firewall is already disabled. (I was using D-LINK. I add a virtual server on the router setting, then it works). Could someone tell me how to solve this problem?
Thanks. |

RE: problem with the setup
find your windows "hosts" file
probably C:WINDOWSsystem32driversetchosts add this line 127.0.0.1 mysite.com and of course youll need to add a virtual host for mysite.com in your apache http.conf |
