Problem with uploading files

I have a problem with uploading my files to the server my site is hosted on. I just can't upload anything. I've contacted the host but no one's been able to solve the problem. About everything has been checked including firewall rules in both ends.

What could cause this? There is really only one symptom: FTP client program crashes when trying to upload a file to the server.

What makes this the most interesting is that the problem exists only when uploading to this particular server. With other servers there are no problems.

I know you want more details but providing them is impossible coz it's not my own server. But you can find some information in the phpinfo page

Phpinfo shows some info on server OS, no?

RE: Problem with uploading files

Oh, I read it wrong, I thought he was correct and fixed the problem. I re-read it. Cow tunnel vision

So, it works on others comps and not the one your on, Correct?

If so,

(1) Un-install your nic and re-install it

(2) Do you have a virus?

(3) Are you on broadband? Do you have a router? I have seen routers reset connections in the middle of things

RE: Problem with uploading files

1) What do you mean by 'nic'?
2) Very unprobable. My anti-virus software is up to date
3) Broadband: yes, Router: yes, Connection resets: no
