Linux - Server Administrator For A Social Network Site

Hi, how are you? My team and I are trying to find a server administrator who is willing to join our team with an open mind to make the next big thing on the web. We are working on a project which now turned into an LLC (Limited Liability Company), but we need a server administrator who can manage our server.

Characteristics:

* Capable person with good experience on CentOS, Debian, General Linux, and Unix-like operating systems.

*Teamwork, trustworthy, loyal, honest, and respectful to each team members opinion.

* Willing to contribute and be part of team discussion.

* Good understanding of security threats.

* Can work most of the time and access the server at anytime the team calls for emergency.

If you are interested or have any questions, send me a message.

First, this is probably not the best place to ask.

Second, you would need to add a few more details if you want to get responses. Perhaps starting with where you are located. This internet thing is big and covers a lot of land. You however are small and at best probably cover a few hundred square feet of office space.

I'm sure there are other things that would be helpful in finding a good candidate too.
