Server AMP usage

I am trying to buy a colocation package for my new server, but I have no idea what kind of amp usage the server will use. I've never needed to know power consumption before but now that I will be being charged by half amps i need to know what i'll be using.

As of yet I haven't built the server, so no idea what kind of setup i'd be running. If anyone has information on their own setups that would be a great help. Or if you have any hardware in mind for low power consumption.
