DNS - Single Website Multiple Servers
I have recently noticed on a couple of websites that when i access them i see at the bottom "you are connected to ww2.****.com" or
ww4.****.com" etc. Is it possible to host the same site on multiple servers? If so how is this done and what are the benefits? |

This is done to either balance the gross load at one location or to distribute the load geographically.
