Well as far as i know.....
Dynamic Ip's are usually used by ISP's, If you have a Dynamic IP this means that once your connected to the internet or LAN etc your IP address will stay the same until you disconnect. When you disconnect and then reconnect you will be assigned another IP address (usually by DHCP), it could be the one you used before but the chances can be slim of this happening.
Static IP's are usually used in LAN's, Server's and certain ISP's, Static IP address's stay the same no matter how many times you connect or disconnect.
Dedicated IP address is usually just an alias for Static IP address but its more commonly used by Web Hosts and ISP's to promote a product. For example "Includes free dedicated IP".
Well thats my understanding and i think im correct with most of the details above.
