hi,

would it be possible to setup a webserver with WinXP home? if yes, how? please help me thanks.

you can install apache on home pc and run php through there go to here to get apache
http://httpd.apache.org/ make sure you read up on both installing of apache and php to config right and use 4.3 php as 5 is still unstable
