Bigginer intermidiate and expert forums

Is it a good idea to ad biginner intermidiate and experd php user forums? Then all the biginners experts and intermediate users come thogeter so that they can help eachoter? I couldnot find such a forum thats why I asked.

I can see your point about different kinds of questions but In my opinion, it is better to have everything in one forum because simpler questions can be answered quickly whilst more complex questions will take more time, instead of having people becoming confused about which forum they should post it. Just my view...

I agree that all same language questions should be in one forum.

Questions get answered based on the area of expertize of the people who read the questions. For example, if someone has a basic email question and someone has a more advanced one, but they are both obscure and rely on first hand knowledge of how mail is sent and received. If the basic question was posted in a beginner forum and the only people who viewed it were beginners, then it might never get an answer that solves the problem. The more advanced question might get an almost immediate solution just because it was posted in the advanced forum.

to me the problem lies in that people will post to the higher "levels" in the hope that they will get someone "better" to answer their question. So the intermediate and expert forums will be flooded with "lower level" questions because either 1) no one knew the answer or 2) they were not happy with the answer originally given or 3) they want an "experts opinion" for something.
