Code tag formatting
Any chance of changing eF Code {code}{/code} to retain formatting as does {php}{/php}only without color coding, auto insert of ending php tag (?>)...
That would be nice for readability w/out cut/paste. |

RE: Code tag formatting
Sorry.
Using the [ php][ /php] tags allow for display of code which retains formatting(indenting, spacing, etc), whereas the [ code][ /code] tags do not retain this information. How about adding this functionality to the [ code] tags as well, only without the need for php color coding, and php tag auto creation. For javascript, sql, etc. examples: Code:
// code tags
if(whatever){
this is not indented(but should be)
}
To me this greatly increases readability(assuming the poster uses proper formatting in the first place) |
