combined search
i think that the search above would be better off looking smth like:
search __________ [forums] [tutorials] [code] and when you are in one of the forums search _______ [this forum] [all forums] [tutorials] [code] // "search" is just a text, _____ is input field, [this is a button] first button ([forums] and [this forum]) would be the default.. that will probably be simpler to use, and will combine the two searches, one at the top, and one above the forum (when you are in a forum).. |

RE: combined search
How about adding a form in which forums, tutorials etc. are checkboxes where you can select many areas. That way you could for example search the solution from both tutorials and forums in one search.
