RE: Donations?

Hehe, that's the Codewalkers atmosphere(tm). You get help and in return the helpers learn by helping You aren't stealing anything and I think Matt agrees too.

RE: Donations?

I agree...just give back where you can. Of course, if you _really_ want to do something for the site you have a couple of options.

1. If you see something on a advertisement that you want, buy it after clicking the advertisement.
2. Go to the review section and click on any book to take you to Amazon before you buy stuff from Amazon. (this tags you with the Codewalkers affiliate code).
3. Buy yourself a shirt or something from http://cafepress.com/codewalkers/

RE: Donations?

The way I did it, I took a MySQL tutorial on the web, and bought "PHP and MySQL Web Development".....The reason I started coming here is because that book recommended this site.

RE: Donations?

By the way, the tutorial for MySQL I was reffering to can be found at www.webmonkey.com

It will give you the basics, and get your feet wet, but after a while, you will be desiring a lot more. Thats where the book and codewalkers comes in handy.

RE: Donations?

webmonkey.com is the tip of the ice berg it only has a few tutorials, But it is still a good site. However codewalkers.com is better for php tutorials because it is php specific unlike webmonkey which is every programming language in the book!
