Well, actually, I do not think it's a new idea, but whatever..
I think it would be great if a client-side forum could be created. The front page states:

HTML, CSS and other web technologies are just as welcome.

E.g.: at the present moment I have a typical HTML problem and I have to offtopic it to the PHP Coding forum.
