I think you should hack your own mb script and not using electrifiedForum v1.70. Just a thought as this is a PHP masters site...

Well, there is also such a thing as not reinventing the wheel . Most master mechanics I know don't build their own car from scratch, they buy a ready built one. The same with a chef, he doesn't cook every meal he eats. Sometimes it just isn't worth the time to code something that already exists....I have hacked up the script a bit and will continue to do so though...

The board is fine. The only problem is that as I live in Denmark, it is practically impossible to check for new posts without having to do advanced mathematics to calculate the time.

And of cause it suc.. that when I wakeup and check to see if there is a post I know the answer to (which isn't many), they all been answered by a lot of geniuses :-)

Well, threads that have new messages SHOULD be in italics when you log in....if that isn't the case, let me know

I agree with that and will look into implementing that option

It is in italic, but to see that I have to open each forum. Is said in another post, I'm extremly lazy :-)

I'll manage though. It isn't like I have a lot of other things to do :-)

I agree with being lazy. That is why there are blue folders and grey folders next to each forum name. Blue signifies new posts ...

Hmmm... It's probably me, but this morning, there were 3 new messages in phpcoding, but the folder was still grey?
