just a couple ideas I thought I would toss out because lately I have been frustrated with some of the questions, bumping/spamming/multiposting, etc.

consider making registering mandatory.

make the rules and information page more visible, or maybe as a fix to number 1 and number 2 make the rules page come up for anyone trying to post anonymously.
