Problem with Login creation/update(change password)

Hi, I was a regular user of this site last year, then I was fired and has been too long since my last access, but I still recieve the messages. Today I tried to login the site and I remembered that I forgot my password(duh!)tried to recieve my password in my e-mail but it´s not working! tried to create a new user with the same e-mail(can´t change, recieve to many messages, must have only one e-mail) and it says this e-mail is beeing used from another user, but can´t reset the password!!

I just got a new job, php programming and I need this site! more than enver!!
I´d be very grateful if I could get my login back. Thanks.
