On the main codewalkers.com page there should be a "Write for us" link near the bottom, I think that is your best bet. Not too sure though....

i found the button its located under the third ad from the left only you must register (again) so i wont be writing a tutorial soon.

I think you just have to register your email address if you want details on getting paid for your tutorials. One of the Administrators can help you here, I think ahira17 is the tutorial/content guy, not too sure. I'm sure someone will see this and let you know.
