Some suggestions

In the "my threads" area, the reply count shows the number of replies I've made not the total number of replies. It means I can't see "at a glance" if the thread has been replied to - or resolved.

How about allowing only the original poster to resolve issues - with an automatic state change after 72 hours. This will fix the problem of people who have no clue resolving your issues when they are not really resolved.
Alternatively you could change the checkbox for resolution to default to - "this does not resolve the issue" this will also fix the problem of threads mistakenly bing resolved.

A style guide would be great too.

Just a few suggestions.

RE: Some suggestions

Yes...I have been thinking of revamping the thread resolution feature, now that it has been in use for awhile.

What do you mean by a style guide?

RE: Some suggestions

A coding style guide.
For instance, advice on whether we should use $HTTP_SESSION_VARS or $_SESSION etc...

The reason I suggest this is that I've recently upgraded to a new version of PHP and parts of my old code are redundant.

Also advice on when to pop out and into embedded html or php would be of use also - what makes easly readable and maintainable code?

Thanks
