suggestion for site
I personally would love to have a search feature for the forums. So a user can search for "cron" or "drop down menu" and find threads where we have already answered some questions. If it already available - can someone PLEASE show me where it is.

Top right hand side of the web site. It is a search box for all the site and you can narrow it down to a particular section.
