at the page i am currently on while creating this message if i am not logged in or i get the image verifaction wrong i have to rewrite my message and title, i'm sure this can be easily fixed with a nice session variable.

It has been mentioned, actually.

RE: this forum has an annoting error

This problem has been discussed recently and has been brought to the attention of Matt -

I believe if you spend a long time creating a post that a timeout occurs (session/cookie?) and even if you enter the phrase correctly it results in an error.

Until you reach the post limit where you don't have to enter the phrase, I recommend copying the body of your post to the clipboard before you click the save button.

RE: this forum has an annoting error

Seems quite amateurish of a PHP development if the form isn't refilled upon an error. I didn't think forms like that existed anymore. Talk about bad useability.
