Time?
Is there a way I can set my timezone so the times on the forum reflect my time as opposed to the server time? Did I overlook this option, or do I just need to remember the difference?

Im pretty sure you cannot do this, perhaps this could be added to the forum in your profile section or something like that.

Currently, you can't. I'd love to see the feature to set your own timezone. Yes, it's too much work to add 7 hours.
