Send a message to Matt, he will be able to help you if the preferences section is not unsubscribing you.

RE: Unsubscribing from newsletters and such

I have removed you from all notifications. The 'Preferences' options do work. I'm not sure where you were unsubscribing yourself, but I don't think it was there. If it was, let me know so I can investigate further.

I also wish to be removed

Matt,

I've sent repeated requests over the last couple of YEARS to be removed from all unsolicited emailings and newsletters, but you are relentless about this whole thing, and it seems my requests go unnoticed. Unsubscribing is the most difficult thing to do on your site. There is no easy link anywhere and if you want to unsubscribe, first you have to subscribe and then you have to unsubscribe! To find help on how to unsubscribe one has to weed through the Knowledgebase! I just don't have that kind of time.

I ask you this one last time, please remove me from your mailing list and send me a separate email when you have completed this.

I no longer wish to receive future emails from Codewalkers.com.

I posted this publicly because your system does not allow me to send PMs and so that everyone can see how difficult your setup really is.

Thank you.

Please note that the system has changed and I believe that there are no notifications by default you must "subscribe to a thread". However I am not 100% sure. You should check any subscriptions on the User-Cp, if you are having further issues then i would suggest that you PM an administrator.

You can see the active administrators by clicking on the "view forum leaders" link at the bottom of each page. The "system" is not difficult generally, as with all systems there can be issues from time to time.

Thanks

Andrew

Hi, Dan.

Please send me a PM if you are unable to cancel those thread subscriptions and I'll have that issue resolved for you.

Thanks.
