If you are using a Mac, you can get TuneClone Audio Converter for Mac to help you convert DRM protected iTunes M4P to MP3, AAC to MP3, M4A to MP3...

This Mac M4P to MP3 Converter utilizes the virtual CD burning technology, which simulates the burning, ripping and encoding process (burning an auido CD in iTunes and ripping it back). You will get DRM free music from iTunes for playback anywhere without wasting CD disc, with CD quality, at very fast speed.
