REQUEST: How to post xml data to an external url
I am trying to post xml data to an external url and I am having trouble finding tutorials or code examples that dont use cURL (I tried installing curl on my server and failed).
Its basic xml <Cust> <CustID>07870870</CustID> <CustName>Bob</CustName> </Cust> external.url.com Am using PHP Version 4.3.10
