The DB news tutorial:

I saw this tutorial:

But how can I do a Admin area?
please help me!
I want that admins can to post new news and to edit the news that they add,
add to delete some news.
please explain me!

Why don't you go on Google and search for an open source news-script?
If you want to learn it though, I'd guess, you'd have to go to another tutorial page...
